Shelter
Everyone deserves to have a safe place to sleep at night. We promote shelter and stability by providing quality resources and referrals, mediating between landlords and tenants, and housing women and children in our emergency shelter program, Maud's House.

Mediation
We help families and individuals remain in their homes if they have received 3-day or 10-day Pay or Vacate Notices. Our Dispute Resolutions Services (DRC) provides mediation, Fair Housing/Landlord-Tenant assistance, training, and subsidy support. Contact us by calling 425-339-1335 and selecting option 4, or emailing us at ltinfo@voaww.org.
