Arlington Community Resource Center

The ACRC is a one-stop hub of services for people in need. From help with basic needs like food, clothing, and shelter, to assistance with other kinds of resources and programs, we make sure our neighbors are supported and cared for in their journeys toward stability.

  • Who we serve

    It's in our name—we serve our community, and that means everyone in our community. People of all ages and family sizes, people of all genders and gender identities and sexual orientations, people of all religious or non-religious beliefs, people of all ethnic and racial backgrounds, people from all countries, people of all abilities, people with different physical and mental health needs, people who have spent time in prison, all people.

  • Lynsey Gagnon

    Executive Director of Community Resource Centers

    As Executive Director of Community Resource Centers for Volunteers of America Western Washington,

    As Executive Director of Community Resource Centers for Volunteers of America Western Washington, Lynsey is responsible for oversight of the functions of the Sky Valley Integrated Service Center, the Arlington Community Resource Center, and the Lake Stevens Community Resource Center to ensure effective delivery of basic needs services and community support. Lynsey joined VOAWW in 2018, bringing expertise in social service programming and integrating services in Snohomish County. Having the opportunity of leading “one-stop-shop” centers where families, youth and seniors can connect with multiple resources and receive assistance is a passion of hers. Lynsey is committed to finding avenues to improve outcomes for those in need, and enjoys collaborating with other agencies, government entities, volunteers, and others to build strong communities.

    Having served in the role of Support Specialist since 2017, Caroline brings extensive experience

    Having served in the role of Support Specialist since 2017, Caroline brings extensive experience working in family support and has provided direct assistance to hundreds of households over the course of her career. She works with clients to eliminate barriers and connect them to a variety of resources in addition to housing. Dedicated to working with those experiencing homelessness and those in active addiction, she provides hope to those who are struggling and offers a true hand-up to a self-sufficient life.

    Doris has been our Bilingual Support Specialist since 2016, bridging the gap in Spanish-language services by providing bilingual support. Doris is dedicated to changing the lives of our most oppressed populations, advocating for our Hispanic population, and protecting the human rights of individuals. Doris is a wife, mother of three and enjoys crocheting in her spare time. She loves to create beautiful pieces to share and bring a sense of happiness to the people in our community.

    In her role as a Support Specialist, Marlydann is passionate about helping people in need from all backgrounds. She finds it especially rewarding to help individuals build self-sufficiency and gain the skills needed to build a better life. Marlydann is a mother of four who loves the outdoors and all of the beauty that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
