When you dial  2-1-1, our trained Information and Referral Specialists answer your questions and connect you with the resources you need. 

North Sound 211 is the most comprehensive source of programs and services in our region.

Rent assistance, job training, food, shelter, and support groups—these are just some of the hundreds of social services and health and wellness programs that 211 can help you access. Our Information and Referral Specialists are here for you, Monday through Friday,  8:00 a.m. â€” 5:00 p.m.

    When they receive a call, our Information and Referral Specialists access a special database to find the right resources for the need. This database is constantly edited and improved, ensuring that we have the most comprehensive information on local services and resources.
